The Compost
Compost is the soil conditioner which is produced by microorganisms at the end of the biological degradation of the biodegredable waste such as vegetable/fruit waste, food waste, garden waste, tea/coffee waste etc.
Composting defines the biochemical separation of the organic substances within wastes with the help of the atmospheric oxygen by the living creatures that are called microorganisms, most which are not seen by the eye.
In the process of composting, the organic material decomposes rapidly before, then the decomposition rate getting slow until stable organic mass is formed. After the second stage, the slow decomposing organic substances stabilize and mature.
Why Should We Use The Compost Machines
Biodegradable wastes are transformed slowly in nature. By running compost machines that are used fort he Zero Waste Project, this process is accelerated by creating the appropriate conditions fort he activation of microorganisms, and the final compost is obtained within approximately 4 weeks.
The YC 100 and YC 200 compost machines are used fort he system to accelerate the composting process.
With the use of composting devices, an efficient solid waste management system can be achieved. If biodegradable wastes which have a much higher mass volume ratio, can be managed separately at their source, then the remaining part of the municipal solid waste which has a clean, high quality, compressible, and easily. The Working System of Compost Machine
The biodegredable waste such as vegetable/fruit waste, food waste, garden waste, tea/coffee waste etc. are shredded in the inlet chamber to accelerate the functioning of microorganisms. After that the biodegredable waste will be transformed to compost by microorganisms in an aerated chamber.
Materials are automatically mixed so the process can be easily operated. The compost machine has a compact structure which includes the shredder chamber, aerated composting chamber and the maturing chamber.
The compost machines provide solution fort he biodegradable waste at source. The refore the biodegradable wastes can be transformed to the compost easily without transporting anywhere.

KULLANILAN SANAYİ TİPİ CİHAZLARIN ÇALIŞMA SİSTEMİ
Kompost Makinesinde, yemek hazırlığı esnasında ve yemek sonrasında ortaya çıkan gıda atıkları, çay ve kahve posaları gibi her türlü biyobozunur gıda artıkları önce makineye ait parçalayıcı haznesinde fiziksel olarak parçalanıp sonra makine gövdesi içindeki oksijenli ortamda mikroorganizmalar vasıtasıyla belirli bir sürede biyolojik olarak parçalanarak komposta dönüşmektedir. Makinenin hazneleri arası ürün geçişinin otomatik dönen kollar sayesinde olması ile insan müdahalesi minimuma indirilerek operasyonun önemli ölçüde kolaylaştırılması sağlanmaktadır.

BİTKİLERİN İHTİYACI OLAN ZAMANDA BESİN SAĞLAR (YAVAŞ SALINIM)
Tuz formundaki sentetik gübreler, suyla karıştığında bitkilerin doğrudan alabileceği bir forma girer ve bitkilere zorla içirilir. Fazlasıysa bitkiler tarafından alınamadığı için toprağın altına sızarak yer altı sularının kirlenmesine yol açar. Kompost ise, bitkilerin istediği zamanda ve formda alabilecekleri besin maddesi içerir, yavaş salınımlıdır. Yalnızca besin kaynağı değildir, aynı zamanda besin deposudur.
TOPRAKTAKİ TOKSİNLERİ NÖTRALİZE EDER
Toprakta var olan toksik maddeler ve ağır metaller, bitkilerin kökleriyle alamayacağı bir forma dönüşür ve sabitlenir. Kompost, ciddi oranda kirlenmiş toprakların rehabilitasyonunda da kullanılır.
TOPRAĞIN pH DENGESİNİ DÜZENLER
pH seviyesi fazla yüksek veya düşük olduğunda, toprakta yeterli besin varsa bile bitkilerin bunları kullanması zorlaşabilir. Bol miktarda kompost eklenen topraklarda, bitkilerin ihtiyaç duyduğu pH seviyesi daha geniş bir aralığa yayılır ve daha esnek koşullar sağlanır. Büyümeyi hızlandırır ve bitkileri güçlendirir. Çok düşük yoğunlukta bile olsa, topraktaki hümik asit sayesinde bitki gelişiminin hızlandığı gözlemlenmiştir.
ATIK TÜRLERİ
“Sıfır Atık” anlayışı ile atıklar kendi içinde 12 başlık altında toplanmaktadır. Bunların her birinin yanlış uygulamaları ve bu uygulamaların çevreye verdiği zarar bilinmeli; geri dönüşüm süreçleri belirtilen şekillerde uygulanmalıdır.
